The Hyperwear TAC Plate is a versatile and customizable option for high-intensity training, rucking, strength, or agility workouts. Unlike traditional weight plates, these plates are adjustable and can be easily removed or added in 1/2 lb increments to suit your specific needs.
Available in 6 lb, 9 lb, and 10 lb sizes, these plates are compatible with a variety of popular tactical vests, including the WOLF TACTICAL Vest (not the new "QUICK RELEASE" model), the 5.11 TacTec Plate Large Weight Vest (not the 5.11 "TRAINER" vest), the GFIRE Tactical Vest, and the TRIBE WOD vest. However, they do not fit the BEAR KOMPLEX or 5.11 TRAINER WEIGHTED VESTS.
The flexible design of these plates allows them to conform to the body, providing a more comfortable and secure fit within the vest. At 12.25 x 10.5 x 0.75 inches, the plates are slightly wider than the standard large size, making them a great replacement for 8.75 lb weight vest plates. You can even remove a few weights to hit the 20 lb standard for MURPH workouts.
The 6 lb TAC plates are sold as a pair, with each plate weighing 6 lbs for a total of 12 lbs. They are also available for individual purchase. The 9 lb plates are sold similarly, with each plate weighing 9 lbs for a total of 18 lbs. The 10 lb plates are sold as a pair, with each plate weighing 10 lbs for a total of 20 lbs, and are also available individually.
These adjustable plates are made from a durable 500 Denier material, ensuring they can withstand the toughest workouts. The patent-pending shell features a rip-stop nylon construction and strong, flexible plastic with channels to hold the individual 1/2 lb weights. This design allows the plates to curve with the body, providing a more comfortable and secure fit compared to traditional weight vest plates or ruck plates.
